Coverage can include two photographers, wedding films, vertical social content, same-day reels and aerial footage when the venue, weather and local aviation rules allow. Before the wedding, we research the venue area, identify visually strong portrait locations and coordinate timing with the planner or couple.

Ceremonies in Italy

Civil, religious, cultural and symbolic wedding ceremonies

We help couples plan photography, videography and timing around the ceremony they choose. Legal and religious requirements vary by nationality, municipality, faith, officiant and venue, so paperwork should be confirmed early with the selected Comune, consulate or religious authority.

Civil Ceremony

A legally binding ceremony completed through the local Comune, either at the town hall or at a venue officially authorized for civil ceremonies. International couples may need identity documents, declarations, witnesses, translated or apostilled records and an interpreter.

Catholic Ceremony

The parish and diocese establish the required preparation, baptism and confirmation certificates, permissions and civil documents. Church approval should begin well before the wedding date, especially when the couple lives outside Italy.

Protestant Ceremony

Requirements depend on the denomination, minister and church. Couples should confirm whether the ceremony will also have legal civil effect in Italy or whether a separate civil ceremony is required.

Jewish Ceremony

Planning can include coordination with the rabbi, ketubah signing, chuppah, witnesses, family traditions and kosher requirements. Legal recognition should be confirmed separately with the officiant and Comune when required.

Hindu Ceremony

Coverage can be organized around the baraat, mandap, sacred fire, family rituals and multi-day celebrations. Many international couples also complete a civil ceremony for legal recognition in Italy.

A personal celebration without new legal formalities. It can include renewed promises, family participation, music, readings and a private portrait or film session in the chosen Italian destination.

Readings & Vows

Personal readings and vows can be included in civil, religious or symbolic ceremonies. Multilingual versions can also be prepared so Italian-speaking and international guests can follow the ceremony.

Same-Sex Wedding & Civil Union

For legal recognition in Italy, same-sex couples enter a civil union rather than an Italian civil marriage. The selected Comune should be contacted early to confirm the exact requirements for each nationality. Depending on the couple and municipality, these may include passports or identity documents, proof that each person is legally free to enter the union, documents from any previous marriage or union, certified translations, apostilles or legalization, witnesses and an interpreter. Couples may also hold a separate symbolic wedding ceremony at their venue.
